Nate wants you to get audience-specific, in your market, by identifying:

  • What your area of expertise is (waterfront condos, new developments, luxury properties over 2 million, land purchases, etc.) ?
  • Who you are offering your services to?
  • Who will identify with your passions and interest?
  • Who will benefit most from your level of service? 
  • Who will naturally connect with your brand with the least resistance?
